Providing an advanced, environmentally controlled metrology lab and measuring - machines unequalled in accuracy. The ultimate in dimensional measurement. A2LA accredited per ISO/IEC 17025, including 2D and 3D measurements on an enhanced accuracy Leitz PMM 12106 CMM.

Measuring Capabilities

With this world-class capability, we can provide ultra-high precision custom part inspection, gage measurement services, and third-party Accreditations for ISO, QS, Ql, and TE quality standards. We have the unique capability of being equipped to inspect and certify a variety of masters: part-like, audit, calibration and ring-type, to help manufacturers assure production quality. The calibrations of equipment is fully trace able to NIST.

We can also provide inspection of first run, low volume production runs or machine qualification of round parts on our optical measuring equipment. This equipment can measure round parts such as pinions, camshafts, crankshafts, transmission shafts, and more up to 200mm in diameter and up to 900mm in length.

LABORATORY

• Environmentally controlled to consistently insure the highest dimensional accuracy. Maintained and monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week controlled to 68°F +/- 0.25°F.
